need help jetting with slip on?!?!?!?!

i just bought a white brothers e series slip on exhaust for my 400ex and i was wondering what to jet the carb at? i have heard a lot of people say to use a 155 main and a 40 pilot for a slip on. But white brothers uses a 165 main on their dyno charts.Can anyone help me???
