I was considering a rear rebuild and would like input from people who actually have them, not just opinions ;). I would like info on the following. Tcs, Elka, and Pep.

Also has anyone had the legacy conversion package done to there works front shocks?

what do they "rebuild" or replace when u send it in to have rebuilt?

The change the valving. Springs/spring rate, change the oil and gas.

Mine will also have a SSD Spring.

Most of the Elka Rebuilds are $300. The PEP is $425 and the TCS is $450.

My rear rebuild cost me $250 and it was well worth the money..had it done at marcums and it's not a SSD setup or ZPS..rebuild with gold series valves, new Eibach spring, setup for my wieght and riding style,,all new oil and gas..I'm sure the quadshop could do the same thing for the same price..
