hey guys..
i just changed my main jet in my carb. then when i put teh carb back together and turned my z on it was ideling way to high...so i went to adjust teh idle and teh screw wont spin any more to lower the revs....any ideas on wats up??:confused:

On my stock BSR carb the idle knob also jammed up but by removing the RH side throttle plate and lubing the threads it freed up.
To get to the cover you need to remove the hoses and black box in front of it but its not too hard.
There is a rubber seal that goes around the throttle plate and this may be letting in moisture inside the housing.
Mine was pretty gummed up.
Took about 1/2hr to fix - good luck !

i was out workin on my quad and i just had to adjust my throttle screw on the handle bars..everything works good now...but thats for the info...i will do that **** with my carb. when i have it off next...thanks!!;) :D :cool:
