Hey guys, I'm looking for a ported 400ex cylinder head. Doesn't have to have valves/springs. Anybody have one?

I've got a complete motor for sale with hi comp piston, port and polished head, cam, Hinson basket........

Will include 416 SParks piston, HD studs, and gasket

How many hours on the motor?
Who built it?
What kind of cam?
Is there any case damage?
Your including HD Studs? Have the stock ones pulled out already?Stock crank?
Stock rockers or have they been hardened?
Stock valves/springs?
Who did the porting?
Does it leak oil anywhere?

Since the rebuild in July 2005, there are about 15 hrs tops on the motor, oil changed every other ride, air filter changed every ride. I had the port work done at Russell Karting Specialties (he was highly recommended in our area, he builds national level karts), did not over port the head. There is a stage II hotcam (old). There is no case damage. I am including the HD head studs, I bought them for insurance for the Sparks 12.5:1 416 piston that I would include in the deal. The crank, rockers, springs are still OEM.

It leads oil out of the bottom of the oil tank, when the bolt is removed.....LOL! :devil:

I forgot, it is a JE 10.5:1 piston, I am running a Cometic gasket......

I run Honda GN4 oil.

I always run a 50/50 mix of 110 & pump gas, if not 100% 110.

I forgot to add, I helicoiled the Spark plug hole to prevent the plug from stripping, the guy that ported my head told me this was a good preventative measure since the head is soft aluminum and the 400EX is air cooled......
