Warrior Oil Question

A warrior has two fill capes. Is one for regular oil and the other for clutch oil? Or do they both run in togther with regular oil. An also I was told that my oil filter was reusable. Any help at all would be great.

they are the same and if the oil filter is in good condition and is metal then u can reuse it
