my fulllbore seems to be very soft plastic. it scratches fairly easy also. it still doesnt "fit" as well as stock but way better then maier. i geuss the biggest reason is when im getting roosted by rocks or flyin thru a tight trail i wont be scuffin $500 worth of plastic:eek: so...when its time for replacin it(which will be later this winter when i redo the quad) she will be gettin some factory red plastic and another quadtech hood:D

I run fullbore on my R but it is too expensive for my 400. the stock 400 plastic is sooo much cheaper

because its cheaper to buy than 300ex plastic plus IMO it looks a lot better

yea i did pretty much the same thing as you toby i started making it go faster but it looks like pretty rough except for the random polished parts and im still running the stock plastic on my X. dont get me wrong i love a fast ***** quad but i just dont like it lookin like crap, i would bet i could beat 80%of the 250x's and 300 ex's, a few 400's and about every warrior on this site dont mean to brag or anything but just sayin...:devil ill race everyone of you fu(kers!!!! meat you at the starting line tonight at 10:00 yea!!!!!(ill let you know where the starting like is when i figure it out) .................................hey i never said id win lamo. later...

let my put mine on race gas and take my box off and go up 2 on the main(when it runs, well it runs just dont move lol) then i could hang!?!?!? i hope... like i said ill race every one of you i dont care what you have but i never said i would win. truthfuly i dont like to drag to me you dont have to have any skill only power. but you put me on a XC track or in the trail ill take any of you and have a pretty good chance of winning. me and a few friends(older guys i ride with) ran like "track times" through some trails and i beat all of then by 10 seconds and that was the first time i ever rode those trails. i dont like to brag im just kind of giving yall an idea of how fast i am. later...

i notice a really big gain through the power curve when i did those mods for a few races a wile back (TT) so idk...
