I want to get an exhaust for my 05 450R. I am looking for something that is good for competitive xc racing. I want to get a full system. Right now I have a k&n filter and thats it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

ya, lrd or hmf or yoshi. i would get the hmf. that is what most of the pros use.

Thanks for the help. I will probably look into the HMF. I have a Yosh. full system on my 440ex and I love it, but I don't think I want to put one on the R.

the hmf is loud though. the quiet core only reads at 97 dec.

and i have a full HMF for sale right now. ;)
