Who was all there? Did you race or just take pics? Share some stories, results, and pics.


Ill start by saying I had a terrible time racing but watching the pros and going for the experiance was worth it. First off I raced Prod. C, yes I know im a sandbagger but I would of got worked in B. Practice on Friday was a disaster because of the rain and I only got one lap in. For the qualifier my quad didnt even leave the line due to Technical difficulties. Later that day when they made the big announcement of the storm coming in me and my buddies were out in it and watching and helping the tents and stuff that were blowing over. Sunday I had the LCQ and basically missed my race. They told the Prod. C riders to check the board for changes so i did and then went to the gate. By the time i got there my class all ready left. So I went out even though I was more that half a lap down. I caught up to one guy and passed him. Needless to say my mom was pissed when i got back to the trailer.

All in all we came out of there with more experiance, some banners, Gusts tire balls, and some of Joe Byrds tires.

Man you didnt just get the holeshot you OWNED it. Nice Job.

TMan I was gonna hit the skyshot but i got hurt in practice and hyper extended my knee and pulled some muscles in my lower leg. There is always next year. What gear did he hit it in. Im think 4th.

he hit it 4th and gave it to much gas off the lip...got wicked nose high..landed..and rolled down the hill

I was there just watching. Went to Ihop Sunday morning and Gust, his wife and Mechanic where there. It was coo. Im racing there next year. My dad wanted me to race this year but I was like whoa, no nationals yet lol.

Nice. After the race when Doug, Dustin, and Keith went to the tower to get the trophies they went the wrong way first. Some guy asked them for an interview and DOug turned to me and asked me to hold his water bottle. I dont even remember what I said cause I was so shocked.:p



TMAN did he make the sky shot though?

i wasnt there this year but ill be racing there next year...i wanted to this year but im too young to race my 450 so next year when im 16 ill either be in B or maybe A

I didn't get to race this year, but I went and supported my team-mates. Adam McAuliffe ran Production C and 265C, and did surprisingly well for running two classes so close together. He finished 1st overall and 2nd overall in the classes. I have about 100 pictures total of pros and pics from his classes. I also snapped a couple quick picks of my buddy kenny murhpy launching the sky jump. He didn't do too bad considering he had a broken collarbone. I was right near the take-off did anyone see how far down he acutally made it on the landing?

i didnt give it too much gas... it was the lip. i came about 6 feet short, i have the video ill post it later.

yeah i guss it was pretty funny... but im not laughing about my ankle. and yeah my teather malfunctioned and broke so it didnt cut my motor.

it just looked funny cuz u fell off rolled a couple times, got back on ur feet ran down the hill, then collapsed. im glad ur alrite.

lets see i got 1 lap of practice friday, then i qualified fourth then i couldn't race the final because i had a heat stroke or some ****, arm went numb, trouble speaking, cant see, migrain, lots of barfing...so i went home


this is production B by the way, i didnt know at nationals i could race my quad in production, thought it had to be stock but i guess not...

haha nah its cool, it was kinda funny it got those drunk guys all excited.

JRP, my ankles alright now, i can walk on it and everything. yesterday it was about the size of a softball but i had it on ice all night and the swelling went down alot.

yea i can see how its swollen and bruised. Any major damage to the quad?

actually i dont think that crash did anything at all to my quad, except for the broken teather. but i did bend my lsr axle at that race:grr:

I was there sunday watching. One of my friends raced production C, and got dead last haha, he was havin a bad day. Then my other friend that was there got 4th overall in the 40+ class, and got to the second moto for production C, but after a 2nd or 3rd place finish the race before in the 40 plus class he just putted around the track.

What tracks do you race in D3 man?


Also just an FYI, that is a 175horse mod sled that kenny is jumping there!

I never got to start racing D3 this year. Between my work schedual, and blowing the motor in the 250r about a month ago I never started. I should be ready to run the GNCC at Unadilla in september though.

Yeah between working and a lack of funds when Im not working, I've only raced twice so far this year!:ermm: PM me about that unadilla gncc cause it looks like fun and I really want to try a cross country race.
