umm it falls off everytime i ride. 4 brand new bolts, with washers and lock washer with lock tight, why does this happed? i looked today after it feel off and the two lower ones are stripped out now. wat should i do? im thinking a tap or heli?

just try to run and tap threw it,before u drill and installed a heli coil.red lock tite used to always work for me.maybe try cleaning up the threads with some brake wash and dry it off before u try to install the red lock tite and bolts.
