I have a 2005 yfz450 The bike use to run great Just the pipe lid off and filter at 45 pilot,4 clip on the ncvq needle and a 178 main 2 1/2 turns on fuel screw.
Now i had motor work done HMF Pipe full,air box lid off,pro design foam filter,cp 12.5 piston,06 crank,oil mod,port and polish,cam mod.
Now i cant get it to idle good sounds rough with the 45. Went to a 48 pilot and got worst had to crank the idle up all the way to get it to idle a little. Went to a 42 pilot and got better but when i pull in the clutch and let off the gas and it dies some times but runs great though all the gears. Plug is light tan. Motor has lots of power and pulls great. But doesn't idle good. Do i have to decrease the pilot more or what is it my floats out of wack? Please help
