What kinda deals did you get on your 450s?

well i have been out of riding for about a year now and i finnally cant stand it anymore. i got a steady job and my mom said would co-sign me on financing a new 450. i have decided on the trx450r. i personally dont like yamaha and the suzuki is nice but im going to ride woods. i talked to the guy at the dealership and he said about $7000 OTD. i thought that was pretty steep but i know cash talks so ill get a loan through the bank and go down there with money. what kind of deals were you guys able to get when buying a new 450? i found a New 05 for 5500 and if they still have it i will probably pick that one up but do you guys know about how far the dealers are willing to deal? im not sure how far i can push it when i go out and buy one.

i traded in a dirtbike and a older motorcycle....5000 otd, and then got some money back from the trade...so i got a brand new 05 450r for 3,634

i found a shop called Andrews Cycles, its about an hour away but i called and they have some 05s for 5400, (brand new) i might go down there saturday and pick one up.

The dealerships around here won't go down on any of their prices, so I got my '05 SE for about $6900 OTD in June of '05.

I paid the 5 fingure discount. JJ I don't even own one. My buddy paid 6,200

my dealership has a new 05 R for 4999. After I told him I raced and I have ama he was willing to drop the taxes and title and prep fee and just include that in the 4999.
