Sprocket troubles

Im trying to put on a 13t sprocket but I cant get the bolt off. Which direction do you spin. Im real nervous about ronding the head off as its showing some wear.

make sure you are using a 12mm socket

yah that what I thought but I wasnt sure if it was reverse threads. Also using a 12mm. IM thinking about aking it to a buddies to impact off? I just cant seem to get it with a ratchet
