JE Vs. Weisco

So it was to build a 416 with a 10.8 comp what would you guys go with a JE or weisco piston i only ask because i race sleds and i know last year theri was an awful lot of sleds frying with weisco pistons woundering if anyone is having that problem with thier quad. thanks

i have had many weisco piston's never blew one. the one in my 416 is perfect and never had andy trouble with it.

it's all personal preference. If you talk to enough people you will find many people had had problems with one piston or another, and others have had no problems at all with any of them. It all depends on personal experience.

I bought my JE from C&D Racing and love it,, I too heard this and that about both,, but in the end the more I asked I think a poll would rate the JE higher. (just comparing these two) You can always bring in another brand and hash it out for weeks.

Weisco, never had had a problem with them and been racing for 15+ years. But use JE in cars. thats what i prefer. (either or is good i just get Weisco at dealer cost)
