Can anyone tell me what size needle is in the 2006 450er HRC kit? Is it a stock CRF needle? Part numbers would be nice. Thanks!

I do not have the part number, but I can tell you the needle is an "NGPR" needle. You can get them from WPPracing.com I thnk. Check it out.

go buy an 06 CRF Needle it's the same......that is what I did

Actually, it's not the same needle. The needle that comes in the '06 CRF is the 'NCYQ', which came stock in my carb. The HRC kit needle is the 'NGPR', which is a different needle. I thought the same thing that the CRF had the HRC jets in it, but it doesn't.

The part number for the 06' HRC needle is 16020-NLZ-610 (description: NEEDLE SET A, JET).

Just to let everyone know, I ordered the Sparks jet kit for my 06 450ER and the needle that was in the package was the NCQV adjustable needle. I believe that is the stock needle for the YZ450F dirt bike. It is also the needle that pople run in their YFZ's.

I am assuming that if Sparks put it in their kit, it must work???

What do you guys think???
