just got this in the mail. People to People student ambassador program selected me for what ever reason to go to austraila next summer. It says for 20 days ill be doing all of this pretty wild stuff. any one else ever recieved a letter like this before? i checked them out online and they seem to have been doing this for a long time now. would you do it?

dude thats pretty cool.... in 05 they picked me and everyone else they pick to go to china. your gonna go to a meeting and find out how much $$ it costs.... lol its deffinately not cheap, and i couldnt go because of that.

Our daughter got one a few years ago and we went to the meeting. The four of us could have went for the price they were charging for just her to go. Go to the meeting and check things out.

I've gotten things like this for school and soccer. Most of them are insanely expensive. I did get one once though that one of my teachers signed me up for that one had something to do with washington though.

That is the exact paper I get once a year, always wanting me to go on that trip, I just throw it away. :ermm:

I've gotten one of those before. I know a few people who did that, had a great time. I didn't do it simply because I did not want to waste my money on something like that as I was paying off two stolen quads at the time.
