Do i need to drain my oil before i remove my engine from my frame??

The engine will weigh less, it's easier to drain it before you remove the engine from the frame.

you should prolly drain it first. wouldnt it all drain out when you unhooked the oil lines from it?

Not sure of your plans after you rmove it.. If you plan to tear into it fo rone reason or the other, drain the oil. If your just taking it out to say pain the frame, you could leave it in, but to tprender point, it would weight less. I think all the oil lines are in the top half of the engine, you will get some oil out of them, but draining the oil what change that.
