i just noticed that my front sprocket has a little bit of play when i wiggle it but the bolts are tightened all the way. i only had a 450r to compare it too, so i didnt know if all 400ex are made like that? is anybodys else's like that?

Yes, they all do that. They wobble just a little bit. If you are worried, you can taked the sprocket off, and check the splines.
