Guys how hard do you think it would be to assemble a whole 250r bottom end?

I am thinking or buying a disassembled engine and i was wondering if anybody would be able to assemble the whole thing from scratch...

and if anybody could do it for me i would pay $$$

Go to everything2stroke.com and download the manual for the TRX250R. They have both the shop manual and the parts manual. You will need winzip9.0 because the zipped file is spanned.

If you have tools, do it yourself so you will have a better understanding of your equipment.

yeah get the manual and do it yurself, if you need help ask on here we now lots of tips and tricks to make it go easier. the clutch nut is 37mm. i had to go out an buy a socket for that huge thing. everything else is fairly standard.

i 3rd that .. its no hassle AS LONG AS ITS ALL THERE !! also do yourself a favour and buy a clutch holding tool , its so cheap , my unorthodox way of holding it has chewed my front sprocket cause i could'nt be bothered to wait for it to arrive .

take a old clutch steel and weld a bolt to it so it fits through the basket, then you can hold the inner hub to take the nut off

I am about ready to do this myself. I just sent everything to the powder coater including the case, I will have a lot more on my website as soon as it is completed.
