wow this gets asked a lot, this jetting stuff get pretty intersting on the z's. We can't seem to get my brother-in-laws DVX running right. Its an 04DVX with a yoshi RS-3 slip-on. K&N filter, no air box mods. He was wondering what jets to run, and please state weather they are muniki or DJ jets that your recommending. Thanks

DJ 155 will do wonders. i have similar setup, i put in a 160, yes its a lil rich but if yu get an advanced revlimiter it pulls really hard on the top. and yes it is still kickass on the bottom end.

Unless you mod the airbox or take the lid off you wont need to rejet. You have to get more air to need more fuel. Mine with no lid is dyno jet 155,needle on the 3rd clip amd 3 turns out on the fuel screw, and it runs real good

We had our piped Z400 jetted exactly the same as yours.. Of course we are both at around 4500-5000ft elevation..

I would think a Z400 w/ the same mods and lid on should be about a 150-160 jet at sea level..

Jem you need to state your elevation. You can't get good info w/o the location elevation..
