Pipe jetting trouble

Alrighty...having some jetting problems...

I am 160lbs.
@ 1000 feet elevation

Before I put my FULL HMF System on, my mods were:
HRC End Cap
HRC Snorkle
HRC Airbox Lid
Sparks Racing Air Filter

Jetting was:
HRC Needle 3rd Clip
185 main
48 pilot
2.25 out a/f

With the above mods, my jetting was perfect.

After putting the Full exhaust on, it seemed as if tho my bottom and mid range was excellent...it would pull my head off. But it seemed "unstout" on top. I tried a 185, 190, 195, and 200 mains and they all kinda felt the same.

Would going down on the main bring the power back? It pulls my head off on the bottom/mid, but it seems wrong on top. It will shoot a flame out of the pipe if go WOT sometimes. Kinda seems "boggish" on top also. Am I lean or fat?

well i think you might as well try going lower. i run a 175 dyno jet at sea leval with nearly identical mods as you. but then again mines not perfect.

Yeah sounds like you need to go down a little bit.
