looking for dirtbike near Louisiana

My buddy is looking for a dirtbike. He really wants just about any kind as long as its cheap enough and fits him well enough. Anyone have anything within a short driving distance of northwest Louisiana (shreveport/bossier). He doesnt want anything fancy so around 1000$ or under. Running or not... Let me know:D
