Ok, I cant believe I'm even thinking about doing this, but I need a truck bad, and I can't afford both. Everything on this quad was redone within the last 6 months. Shocks, motor, ect..... Make me some offers, and please dont offer me any trades at all, no trucks even, I know where the exact oen I want is. Most mods are in sig, if you want specifics and are seriously interested, just ask. Don't waste your time lowballing me either, I have a ton of money tied up in this thing.....

dude, that bike is beautiful. if i were you i'd take out a loan to get the truck, you won't be getting what you want for that quad, as awesome as it is. you did a real good job on it IMO. good luck with getting the truck, however you decide to go. :)

Well, I'm not expecting to get what I want for it, therefore its most likely not getting sold. But I figure its worth a shot... We'll see what happens with getting a truck. I have a problem with refusing to drive a junker, and with football, and I cant have a steady job, so that throws a loan out the window......

Wow, uve probly put 3000 into the quad since u got it. And it was a $3500 quad to begin with. I think ud be ripping urself off if u didnt keep it. If anything put it back to stock n sell the aftermarket stuff.

hahaha $3000??? Why give the guy a rediculous offer like that? I am going through the same thing trying to sell my 250r- I would rather have it sit in the shop, ride it twice a year then loose my *** on it.

Unfortunately the 250R market has tanked, I should know, I took a serious hit on my heavily modified 250R when I sold it a few weeks ago. I ended up selling it for 2K less than I had anticipated, but I had to make the choice... swallow the losses or keep it and and finance a bike for my wife so she could ride. I sold it.

I am like many 250R owners on here, I put a lot of money into it and built my dream bike, and it seemed like everyone wanted to buy it a few years ago before the 450's hit. I never thought I'd ever get rid of it, but times changed and it was tough watching it pull away in someone elses truck. No regrets now, though, I have a new YFZ and my wife is riding my '04 YFZ, and the family is happy...

Good luck with your sale, I hope it works out for you.
