Personally, I wouldn't do a 440 without adding cooling capacity.

sure is i dont have the cam or rev box but i love my 440 just got my new clutch in and it made a world of differance.so definatly look into a clutch kit too as for cooling it its not all that bad you just cant ride for like 8 hours straight but if youre like us you stop like every half hour or so itll be fine mine love to go like that
if you do get that kit can you up date us on how it performs b/c i was thinking about geting that kit

i ordered another cylinder to be "FRANKENSTEIN"
HD studs and 440 sleeve
i want to have my stock bore cylinder to fall back on!
i don't like to be down very long...
i figure the kit and a good set of clutchs, along with what i already got( white bros exhaust, jet kit, and a k&n filter
and i should at least be close to a stock 450r on a MX track right?

im not sure about the 450 ive never raced one while out and about but ive taken a z400 and a preditor with mine so im sure its a good chance the 450 would be close.ill keep my eyes open for one to race but i dont think anyone around here has one that ive seen
