Need help fast!

i have just bought a screw extractor kit to use on my 400ex becuase i broke a bolt that goes by the oil filter cover so i was wonder how do i use this screw extracor kit. it gives u no directions so i need help fast!

some you have to drill a hole into whats left of the bolt and lightly hammer the extractor into the hole and then turn it so remove the bolt.

if you got a screw extrator I think they look like a mangled star screw driver or something and you just press it against the damaged screw head and turn...

i got mine at home depot, 8 bucks

i prob shoulda tried that...i just retapped mine and put a bigger bolt in.....no leaks, and its been almost a year like that...with several oil changes
