Nerfs and tires...the stockers have really bad hookup. Go for some 22" Razrs (being you cant change your gearing).

Yes, Powroll does....but IMHO its a waste of mula. It doesnt give you any top end speed so you are still not gonna stay with big bore quads. The kit only gives you more power to go through the gearings faster...(more torque).

First,I would get the pipe, filter, jet combo.
Then I would make it wider. There too narrow and tippy.
Tires are a great idea. Razrs or holeshots. 4 ply.
Rear skid plate. Stock is like tin foil.
If you got the money, dress it up with some bars, nerfs, and billet stuff.
after that, your done. The machine is at it's limits.
It is a cool little scooter, though.

Hey let me know what you do because I may order a slip-on for mine but I dunno. I doubt I will get nerfs though.

If I knew how to rejet my carb I would do it to my 250EX. If I were you I would remove the snorkel. The snorkel has probably a 11/16" hole that the motor breathes from (very small). I would grind it out totally and rejet the carb before I would put an exhaust on it. You may put a pipe on it and gain some horse, though you will be limited on how much because the motor won't be able to breathe in anymore air when using the unground out snorkel !

I agree. I can take my airbox lid of with my stock motor and all and can tell a difference in the low end. The engine has more air availiable so it can get a little more torque in there but mine runs rich with it off so If I do remove it I do not ride w/o it for more than a couple hours.
