what skid plates are the best for the money? And witch ones do you really need.( a arms, swingarm etc..) Its for a 99 400ex.

4atvtires.com sells all skids (a-arms, body, swingarm) for $205. I got them and love them.

PRM skid plates I would get a full chassis skid and a swingarm skid

get prm, they will last. i would worry about the swing arm skid first

If at all possible, get the frame skid and the swing arm skid at the same time, but if you can only afford one at a time, i would go with the frame one first, a rock through your engine case would be very bad...

yeah but knocking your chain off and throwing it off into the engine would also suck.
