would my ride be smoother if i put on a xc gt thunder link and used it with the stock shock? would it take away some of the bucking?

Alright its on the way.. So when i put it on im pretty sure its gonna hit the stock skid. Can u put spacers between the swinger and the skid to give it a little clearence, or am i gonna have to cut a hunk out of my skidplate?

Hey, congrats!

I have heard some people with the RPM skid plate can use a couple of washers to space it out from the swing arm.

It will hit the stock plate.

I had to cut my skid plate to clear my GT Thunder link.

Enjoy your new suspension!
