How many disks are you running on your e-series slip on? I just got mine and am running 9. Just wondering what everyone else does.

I'm currently running 18. However, I'm gonna try it with no end cap in two weeks at the drag strip. That way I can document the gains, if any.

WB actually states in their tech notes that there is no benefit to removing all the discs or running an excessive amount of discs & actually works against the design of the pipe which is to create backpressure for torque but aid in flow for performance. In other words you might just be making noise, and it's loud enough w/12 let alone having none.

I run 12. I tryed removing the end cap. Kill performance. The bike loss all its low end.
