When I took my rims off I noticed my Hubs wobbled a tiny bit, nothing too noticable, but is there something wrong? or could it just be loose?

Rear hub? Almost impossible to keep them perfectly tight all the time. Make sure you grease the splines before you put your hubs on, then tighten the castelnut with a torque wrench or impact wrench, then put in your pins. If its a front its probably bad bearings.

putting a little bit of red locktite on the threads helps as well...not too much as it will crystalize and not help at all. i suggest a single bead across the threads

Agree, with the 2 above.

Greasing the splines helps keep the axle and hub from eating each other once it does start to wobble a little.
