GPracer is a member that i see in the powertrain section alot! He seems really good with motors and knows what hes doing soo i jus thought you 2 would make one hell of a quad!

eeehh, I'd trust Wilkin or Chad more with my motor, no pun intended.

If your looking for a fast quad I like Jim @ Passion Racing, He deals with Banshee Engines. I wanted him to build me a 12 port Big Bore stroker for my banshee. Running on pump gas he said it would make around 80HP!!! He seems to know his stuff.

I'd never trust myself with any motor, not even mine. :(

KISS is very common rule for anything, not just engineering.

If I built a Banshee, it would probably seize.

HA!!! And where, pray tell, to you plan to ride this beast?!?

A 100HP banshee is a dune machine. The only sand you have is a 4ft x 4ft box at the local playground.

No, I am no engineer. KISS has kept our quads running instead of wrenching.

I havent seen too many instances where a simple, cam/piston/carb set up will satisfy most riders for almost any type of riding or racing with the exception of the specialty events (drags, hill shooting, hillclimbing etc)

If folks like to go fast, try using the power you already have by putting your money into suspension. I hear riders complain about lack of power when they are riding around in only 3rd gear....when you are in 5th pinned most of the time, then you are ready for more power:p
