well what kind of pit bike are you looking for? something really just to bang around in the pits or something to trail ride or race or freestyle?
Well for any of these i'd only get a honda XR or CRF50.... i have a 04 CRF 50.
You could look into getting a knock off but there are only a few that i would really be worth buying. I can put you contact with a guy that sells some nice knock offs at a decent price. check out www.BVCracing.com...tell him slinky sent you.

one of the best knock off bikes are the pitster pro, persoanlly i wont own a knock off (except motor) becuase i dont trust them

it takes alot more money to build up a crf 50 but in th elong run its all worth it

I've been kicking around the idea for a bit, and just now started saving up for one. I'm pretty sure I want to find a used xr/crf 50 to just play around on, and also something my 4 year old nephew can hop on occasionally.

when you get your pit bike come on out to the Proving Grounds and check out our 3 awesome pitbike tracks. We have 2 pit bike races left on the schedule for this year. The next one is August 13th, and everyone riding gets a chance to win a 90cc extreme pitbike. the following race on Sept 2nd is a night race under the lights. Check our website for more information. www.breezewoodprovinggrounds.com
