imo you've ruined a perfectly good steak if you cook it all the way through.

medium rare for me. anything more, it's too done, anything less, and it takes away the flavor.

For me, it really depends on the cut of steak, its thickness and fat content etc.

Meduim rare for me .

But then again , it all depends where I go . Some restaurants idea of medium rare is different than other places . I'm very particular when it comes to my steak .

I enjoy prime rib a LOT more though !!!!:devil:
