ok i was torquin down my head n cylendar bolts on my 03 kfx400 it was only 20ftlbs and one broke what went wrong and how do i get it out?

I don't know what went wrong but I can tell you to go to the hardware store and buy a set of easy-outs.

They are lifesavers

That's quite a bit of torque.

On the 300ex.. the Head bolts are only 17 ft-lbs. And the head cover bolts are 7 ft-lbs.

What are the kfx400 head bolts supposed to be torqued down too?
