jetting when removing choke

I am thinking about removing my choke. Will I need to go up with the main jet, I already have a 40 or 42 pilot jet. I looked thru alot of past postings and couldn't find anything about changing the main Jet.

i got a 42 pilot and 160 main with stock pipe /removed my choke and it cranks up right away,even if it sat a week or two..160 might be a little rich now that it's hot as h*LL.

Use the #40 pilot, there is no need to change the main jet.
