sleeve problem, help!

sleeves turning in my cylinder when we go to bore it, already prick punched the cylinder, and put the sleeve back in with loctite, anyone have any ides or had this problem before?

Hmmm. Sounds like the cylinder wasn't machined correctly. Not sure if there's a solution beyond a new cylinder. Maybe a new sleeve would have a different enough (larger) outside diameter that the install could be re-done on your existing cylinder [shrug].
