Alright guys help me out…. I just got my esr trx5 mid to top pipe and silencer in. I started to install it but I can’t get silencer to mount right. It looks like the silencer holes mount in the main holes that hold the silencer mounts with the rubber bushing. But if I removed those and mounted them direct wouldn’t that cause vibration?? So far I left every thing a lil lose so I can adjust it all then tighten everything up but it doesn’t seem to fit right… any suggestions or close up pics of esr silencer mounting would be appreciated. The bad thing is I am supposed to meet up with some friends at 8:00 in the morning to ride spring creek.

The silencer mounts direct, no need for the rubber bushing brackets. I've had mine on since my build this spring and it is fine. Its not going to vibrate unless a bolt comes loose

I had the same exact problem with mine. I put on a trx5 pipe with an ESR silencer. I tried a Paul Turner silencer and it fit fine so
I called Esr and they thought it was weird and wanted me to send the silencer in. I did not want to waste time with all this so I just made an adapter out of t6 aluminum.

the esr pipe on my atc250r I had to do the same and space the silencer as the holes didnt' match up too. The paul turner I didn't have to do so, I thought it was just a thing with the atc pipes.
