clutch install question

I just got an ebc ep race clutch kit, and the kit comes with an extra disk and plate...making a total of 8 each. Factory is only 7 right? can I install the 8 set or do I just put the 7 in there?? thanks

unless you have a hinson 8 plate setup you need to just use the 7 plates I dont know why you got a extra

idk i ordered the "ep race" kit from nac's and this is what I got.

it covers all year 250r's. some 250r motors use 8 plates, but if yours only uses 7, then all you need are 7. many people do the 8 plate mod, like previously stated, so the 8 disks are also for that.
