Nope, starting with 99' up to now, they have had no major issues such as frame, transmission; etc..

Honda did recall 24,000 05/06 models because of the possibility of shifting from first to reverse without using the reverse reverse switch. I think it was a simple fix--more of an assembly mistake than a design mistake, I think. Not a big deal.
