Looks like a late 90's model Rancher to me.

How much should i be asking around? It runs great, starts first try everytime.

If it's a Foreman, defiantely no less than $2000. If it were me, I'd say aroung 24, 25, $2600 if it's in good shape.

Just look on the frame rails or the steering neck for the year and model......if you haven't scratched it off yet! Orrrr, check out your title! You don't have a title for it?! I do believe it's New York law to register a quad.....and you need a T I T L E!
