Quick question about tires

I'm wanting some new tires for the rear of my 400 ex, b/c now I'm pretty much flat tracking it. Now I ride on mostly trails and feilds, but occasional mx. I dont really have much of an opinion on what brand, just something that's durable, also I want to keep the same tire size as stock. The only tire I'm not so crazy about H-D's. So what tire do you guys reccomend. Oh and on the sizes what does the 2nd number mean? 20-11 -9

Thanks man. Oh and guys the trails I ride on are mainly hard packed dirt if that means anything. I was looking around some websites and found Kenda Knarly's, I like the look of those but does anybody have any info on reliability and durability?

well i love my HD's they hook up great ,there great for the trails 6 ply is nice verus 4 ply for others the only problem i had was i got a piece of cornstalk in mine and i punctured it but thats normal.ive seen cornstalks go in 8 and 10 ply tires. cornstalks are very tough.

I dont think I'm gonna be running through any corn feilds so I think I'll be fine. Can you post up a pic of your quad, because usually (in my opinion) they look to aggresive.

Im a Maxxis guy, Razr's are awesome. But I have heard nothing but good things about Kenda. I would get the Razr's if it were me.

i would def. go with the HD's i know think there to aggressive looking but i have NEVER had a problem with mine and i ran threw corn fields...like i said NEVER:D :cool:

id say go with klaws
they are a really good tire that will hold up well on both the track and on the trails and also provide great traction
plus they are pretty cheap compared to the others

Yeah some kid ran into the back of me. We were in the trails and someone in front of me crashed i went to stop and help them flip the bike back over and the kit was on a utlity and his rack smashed into my exhaust.
