so im gonna throw on an air filter and dump the lid on my 06 er, im lookin for some jetting rec's for a place to start, ill most likley do a twin air setup, perhaps a k&n and outerwears. and if my buddy has it in stock ill do one of those air box aluminum rings. so if anyone can help me out, im basically at sea level, i live right on the jersey shore so if anyone has some similar setups let me know thanx

I have more or less the same setup-

06' 450R
HMF Quiet Race-full pipe
K&N w/outerwears <-----for sale going back to a uni
Outwears lid cover
02' CRF Cam

165-mainjet
42 pilotjet (stock)
55 leakjet
HRC needle 3rd clip
2 1/4 on the mixture screw

That is a good starting point but only if you are pulling the lid and the baffle out of the stock pipe.

In my 06 I found with taking off the lid a 170 main and stock pilot works great alomg with a slip on exhaust. I also replace the fuel screw with an adjustable one. I also using the Prodesign with a K&N filter. It;s running sweet and doesent miss anywhere.
