quiet exhaust big gun 94db or Yoshimura 96?

I want a quiet exhaust (not stock exhaust) will the big gun give me low to midrange boost? The yoshimura is known for bottom end power this is where I could use some. I only ride trails and have dropped a tooth on the front sprocket. How much difference of loudness between 93db and 96db, can you even tell a diffence in 3db's.

all quiet core exhaust should give you a boost in low to mid with not much increase in top end, due to the increased back pressure over a race pipe
