do i need to rejet

i just pretty much blew the engine up in my 400ex i have 2000$$ repairs so i baught a motor for 600 but its bored out to 416..now if its bored to i need to rejet??

Yes, you would have to rejet in your situation. You should start with a K160 main, 45 pilot, and all the way in, 2.5 turns out on the fuel screw, 3rd pos. from the top with the needle clip.
That should get you pretty close, you can fine tune it from there. This all depends on your elevation and temperature as well, so keep those in mind. Good luck. :)
