how to retard the cams

I just want to know how to retard your cams can you do it your self or have a pro do it and is it worth it I have a 06YFZ its stock right now but have a ROSSIER pipe on its way?

go to yfzcentral.com and search it. you can do it your selfno prob. its def worth it. pulls more on mid to top end with no loss on bottom end. no loss in reliability either

on yfzcentral there is a step by step video for it, so its really hard to mess up. pretty simple to do, i had to replace a cam chain on my 400 and i had the cams out and back in no problem.
