Yeah, that's just a layer mask, brushes, and fonts. Nothing difficult at all. Any average PS Joe should be able to replicate something similar with the right brushes.

Hmm..i did that the brushes stay in the brush select part but once i close PS and re open it there gone and i have to reload them?
