Here’s the new house my parents and I are moving into on the 1st.

5 Bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 car garage, about 2500 sq. ft…..more then enough for 3 people, lol.

So we're moving in on the first huh.:D

07-19-2006, 11:59 PM
why didnt the people who built the house make 3 BIG bedrooms rather then 5 small ones:huh

because 5 rooms is alot 4 2500 SF

because my house is 3100 SF and we have 3 bedrooms

idk maby its becasue i like in florida:ermm:

I guess because of the intense heat and such it would rot the wood. Plus theres a lot of sand around so its plentiful.

I'm not sure the exact reason for using block, maybe do to the vast amount of sand here. Perfect material here for concrete and block. Either way, I like it better then a see through fence.

About the rooms, the pics don't do them justice, they are much bigger then it looks. Plenty of room for any of us, don't spend enough time in mine to need a huge room anyways.

Yeah nice place. Instead of mowing the front yard, you just grab a rake and rake the gravel.

07-20-2006, 01:04 PM
thats a 3 car garage, my 2 car garage is alot bigger than that.:eek2: :huh

also like mentioned before i like the country were the neihbors arent so close, i live on a dead end road that is realy long and theres only one other person that lives on it, also i live on the power lines so i dont have to truck my fourwheeler anywhere, just drive threw my back yard

The garage isn't a traditional three car, wide garage. If you look close enough, you can see that there is a 3rd bay, deeper into the garage on the left. Not as nice as an actual 3 car, but it works....I won't even be using it, we're also in the process of building our shop on a different property.

About where in AZ, Out in Buckeye, about 40 miles west of Phoenix

Grass will be going in within the next week or so, along with shrubs, and gravel....dads working on that.

I'm not fond of living that close to people either, but we never have before, we always have lived out in the desert. This will give us a chance to see if we even need that big of a house, or if we can stand neighbors.

And to the guy being a dick about it being my parents house, yeah, they're putting out the coin for it...but I didn't say MY house did I...chill the f*ck out. Not like i'm the only person in this world, living with their parents and saying our/my house.

the inside is nice, not too fancy, but looks good. im not used to seeing a whole house made of concrete. is there strong winds or something? definately need some grass or astro turf.

Don't fart, you wouldn't want to wake the neighbors. I could never handle living that close to somebody. :huh

Yeah, we all weren't happy with the house we are living in now, so even if this isn't great, grand, fancy, whatever....it's a hell of a lot better then the previous house....everything in the new house is pretty simple, but it's nicely done, thats what matters.

About the back yard...if it was my choice, i'd put SOMETHING good in there. not much room, but i'd think of something, lol...but, my mom wouldn't be to fond of something motorized flying around the back yard.....so grass it is, lol.

Supposed to be living in it on the first, but may be in it earlier...hopefully.
