Does anyone else do this kind of work?

does anyone else on here vaccinate chickens?


I work 12 hour night shifts, my real question is, after about 8 ours my hands are killing me, and it kinda slows down work, is there any way to keep my hands from hurting, ive thought about advils, but they would make me sleepy. Is there anything that could help?

I dont think that would work, my moms friend that is a doctor, told me that taking caffeine with pain killers makes them not work

if you can change the way you do things, so your hands are doing different things, like switch back and forth, possibly use the other hand to use the needle or what ever.

That's my best suggestion, like when I'm doing stuff like shoveling for instance, I keep switching sides so one arm doesn't get so tired.
