Do's the Raptor take more mantince then the 400ex?
Wich one will last longer?
Which will have less problem's?
Wich one will have less valve adjustments or any other adjustments that have to do with the motor?
I want the 400ex cuzz i no it's reliable, but im 6'1 and 255 and i don't think it will be enuff power.

yes a 05 stock raptor is very reliable, and I wouldnt worry about it unless you abuse it. Just make sure to do the normal stuff like change the oil , clean filter, and check the valves every now and then. It really all depends on just how you take care of it. I think that you would feel more comfortable on a raptor over a 400 due to your size.

the 400 are a bit more simplier (air cooled) and has less valves. but both are still very reliable when left stock.

Do's the raptor have two carb's like the banshee?

it has 2 carbs/if ya can get the 06 700 raptor its far superior to the 660.As far as 400EX or a 660 raptor get the rap.

Yes thats why the new cars suck also.Electric parts ,sensors ,tons of wires,10 times more parts to break. Also my pickup does not get any better fuel economy than my fathers did in 1975.So while your sold on fuel injected new stuff,I like my stuff simple, less crap to break.
