how reliable is the psi 425 cylinder? also does it have good low end?

not very, they are known for making piston pins and pin bearings explode. maybe the cryoers could give you a bit more reliability.

if youve got money to burn like that git a saber kit, more power and more reliable.

i alway heard they had cool problems. with 2 stock radiators on it was still over heating.

Just out of curiousity, if they have that hard of a time cooling a 425, how do the sabertooth's stay cool? Wouldn't an aftermarket radiator (PWR, Afco) do fine?

no, the saber is designed to be bullet proof. though it will tare up a tranny in a hurry if yur running a worn out old stocker... actually i think the sabers run fine off of a stock radiator...

i was actually looking at a 250r on ebay with a psi cylinder on it. it had an aftermarket radiator and two inline coolers. i just wanted to know if they were reliable or not. i think i will just buy a 350 kit for my 250r instead. the 250r i was looking it was one of the best looking ones ive seen too. i really woulld like to have it but if it is not reliable i do not want it.
