Is it normal that I can move my disc brake or it's suposed to be fixe?!!

Disk brake? Do you mean your rotor or caliper? If so they yes it is normal.

That is your disk. No it isnt suppose to move. Alteast on all my quad it dosen't

Thats your rotor. I believe its not soppose to move. Sorry for the confusion. In my first post I mean the calpiter is soppose to move.

Edit: I just checked to see if my rotor would move and it does. I can't see any harm in it moving.:confused:

Either your three bolts that are holding the rotor to the hub are loose or your axle is loose. So check and tighten them both up. Even the splines on the rotor hub could be worn out.

The disc/rotor rotates with the axle.

your axle lock nut is prob. loose. Mine did it on mine for a day, then i tightened the lock nut and it was fine. What i suggest doing, get a RAD lock nut for about 50 bucks. So much easier to adjust! you can do it by hand and it doesnt move that often. I highly suggest doing this mod.
